I came to know about this salon from a friend, in 2016. So, I decided to try it out for myself and honestly, I was very satisfied with the kind of service they provided.

It's September, 2017 now and Durga Puja is around the corner. Since Durga Puja is the best time for self pampering, I decided to visit PonyUp once again, for Hair Smoothening.
Like many other girls, even I did not know the exact difference between Smoothening and Straightening. So, I was skeptical about the whole process. Luckily the stylists were so helpful and interactive that they explained me about the whole process before getting started. It was a 5 hours long process and they used products from the L'Oreal Professional range. During the whole process, the stylists made sure that I'm comfortable enough and not bored or tired.
After the 5 hours long process got over, I was pretty much excited to see my new hair. Trust me, it never felt this good before. I absolutely love my new hair and just can not stop myself from touching it.
